About Your Host The host lives on the property in a separate building (per local regulations), along with Dottie, her adorable blind pup. She occasionally enjoys a swim in the pool and may take a quick dip when guests are out or if it won’t intrude on your privacy. Your comfort is always the priority. All adult guests (and visitors) must sign a liability waiver before using them, and follow posted safety rules (no jumping/diving, no glass, swim diapers required, etc.). • No Events are allowed, however, small gatherings with non-registered guests are allowed only with prior approval and have an additional fee. Unauthorized gatherings may result in cancellation or penalty fees (see House Rules). • The maximum number of overnight guests is 8. A $100 per night fee applies for each additional guest with prior approval. • The “management fee” listed at checkout is actually a $50 Accidental Damage Waiver. It covers up to $500 in minor, unintentional damage (like a spill or broken dish). Neighborhood
The neighborhood is in a rural area with a mix of orchards, fields, & farms raising cattle and horses along with some residences on 5-10 ac lots. We live on a dirt road that is great for long walks to the creek or to the apple orchard farm stand. The terrain is flat and we have mountain views northwest of the Blue Ridge Mountains & Shenandoah National Park. On the other side of the house is a dawn view over the fields with some distant hills/ mountains.

You will want a car, as the BNB is in the countryside. Uber and Yellow cabs are available. Locally there is a Crozet Trolly that can take you from winery to winery, which you pick up in the center of Crozet. Book it early.
