Unauthorized gatherings may result in cancellation or penalty fees (see House Rules). • The maximum number of overnight guests is 8. Neighborhood
The neighborhood is in a rural area with a mix of orchards, fields, & farms raising cattle and horses along with some residences on 5-10 ac lots. We live on a dirt road that is great for long walks to the creek or to the apple orchard farm stand. The terrain is flat and we have mountain views northwest of the Blue Ridge Mountains & Shenandoah National Park. On the other side of the house is a dawn view over the fields with some distant hills/ mountains.
